May 2009 - South Cornwall - Day 6 - St Ives (Porthminster Beach)

We awoke on Thursday to blue skies so we were up early and ready to explore St Ives.

Our first stop was the gorgeous Porthminster Beach, which is overlooked by the little train station. You can catch the train from here to St Erth. The line runs along the coast overlooking both Carbis Bay and Lelant.
