Day 2 (pm) - Buxton :

We arrived at Grin Low, Buxton around lunchtime on Saturday. Wow! What a site. What a view. The Caravan Club site that we stayed on was at the end of a long drive, which formed part of the Grin Low Country Park. Based in an old, disused, quarry the views were fantastic.

After booking in and pitching up we had a quick lunch and then headed into the Country park and up to Solomans Temple, which stands high on the hill overlooking Buxton and the surrounding area. Again the views were breathtaking. Paddy enjoyed 'hoovering' up as much sheep poo as he possibly could in one afternoon!!! :o( He didn't think much of the 'locals' though - I think the horns put him off?!!!!!
