We awoke on Saturday morning to a ground frost but glorious blue skies, a perfect Spring morning. After a hearty breakfast we headed off for our 9 mile walk along the Great Western Canal to Tiverton. I thought that Michael may struggle with the walk after his knee op but in fact it was me who struggled (and complained!) first!!!! The views along the canal were spectacular. The first lot of photos are from the section from Minnows campsite to Sampford Peverell, and its lovely church.
