Somerset Levels - February 2010
The rain continued overnight and was torrential at times. We awoke to a very wet campsite and a very muddy pitch. After having a lovely cooked breakfast in the restaurant on site we headed back home to Cornwall...........and the sunshine!! How typical is that?
We are hoping to be able to sneak away for a short break in March, weather and time permitting. Watch this space!

Hi Sharon, we too are having a short break in March, we are travelling all of less than 10 miles to Carsington Water in Derbyshire to a CC site! it is tucked away in between pine trees and is lovely. I took my eldest daughter (20) away for 1 night in the MH early Feb to Chatsworth as we sadly lost my Dad at the end of Jan so needed a chill out......she loved it!
