Carnon Downs : Day 3 (Easter Sunday am)

We awoke Sunday morning to rain..............and lots of it!!! After a leisurely breakfast and a read through the Sunday papers it had finally stopped, so we decided to walk along the creek. Our first stop was the little village of Come-to-Good, where there was a thatched Quaker Meeting House. We then passed through the little village of Penelewey. We were tempted to stop at the pretty thatched pub, the Punchbowl and Ladle, but somehow resisted the temptation!!!

Next stop was Cowlands Creek, a little hamlet at the head of the creek.
