May 2008: Day 5 Devizes

On our fifth day we were up bright and early (the sun always makes it easier to get up!). We walked Paddy along the river Avon and packed up the motorhome ready to leave for our next destination - Devizes, sat alongside the Kennet & Avon canal. We arrived on site at noon, set up and headed along the towpath to Devizes (approx 4 miles from the site). Devizes is famous as the home of the Wadworth brewery, where local deliveries are still done today by traditional dray men and the Wadworth shire horses.
